The team at VOS locksmiths are brilliant. They tried, for over an hour, to repair an obscure lock. When that ultimately was unsuccessful, they refused to accept payment until the issue was resolved. They tracked down the necessary parts, negotiated with the vendors, and kept me updated throughout. They also resolved two other niggles at the same time. Thank you, Jack.
